1. Log in to your Flipkart account

First, log into your Flipkart account by entering your email address and password.

2. Visit the Help Page on Flipkart

After logging in, go to the Flipkart support page. You can easily find it in the top-right corner of the web page or app.

3. Locate the option to Call or Chat

In this step, look for the "I want help with other concerns" option on the Help Centre page. This will guide you to the next phase of the deactivation process.

4. Request a Callback

A Flipkart customer support representative will contact you within 5 to 10 minutes of your request. ask the support team to assist you in deactivating your Pay Later account. Be sure to specify that you want a permanent closure, not a temporary suspension or deactivation.

5. Account Termination and Timeline

It may take more than a month after your chat or call for your Pay Later account to be permanently closed. The closure will be reflected in your account, which should happen within two to three months.
